Frequently asked questions
Is PendoLink really free?
Yes. Creating a profile, browsing your community and sending up to 5 likes a day are free. You only pay for a pass when you want to chat.
How do I pay for a pass?
Send the amount by M-Pesa or Airtel Money to the number shown on the Pass page, then enter your transaction code. From abroad you can use WorldRemit, MoneyGram or Mukuru. We check your payment and switch on your pass, usually within a few hours during our working hours.
Will my pass renew automatically?
No. We never take money from your account. We remind you 3 days before your pass ends, and you choose whether to buy another.
Can other members see my email or phone number?
Never. Members only see your first name, age, town and the details you choose to share on your profile.
Can I join more than one community?
Yes, you can choose up to two, and change them once every 30 days from your settings. You meet people from both.
I live outside Kenya. Can I join?
Yes. Africans abroad and people from other countries are welcome. There is a special 3-month pass you can pay for with international money transfer services.
